Anyone under the age of 13 is automatically required to have consent of their parents to use this website. Please contact us about your age BEFORE submitting a membership application. If you do submit the application, please complete the age checkbox accurately to avoid problems in the future. Under law, the parents must accept their child’s usage of the web site, the organization and its services. By using this website, the child is telling us that they are approved by their parents and has authorization to use the web site services.
We are committed to keeping a strong privacy policy, and we will protect information located on this web site. We encourage parents or child guardians to review our web site, our policies and speak with our leading members if they have questions or concerns about their child’s usage of the web site and its services. If the parent or guardian feels their child should not be using this service, feel free to let the administration know so they can remove your child’s information from the system.
We also encourage that parents discuss this Privacy Policy and other policies with their children so they understand how we operate, what they may be asked information wise, and what they may expect from being here. At request, we will happily provide users and members with detailed information about our organization, how we operate and our standing policies that could lead to information decisions on behalf of those who ask for such information.
Members of the Force Elite Soldiers realize that they are volunteering for their membership, and have not been forced to join our organization. Any member can leave upon their request and their information removed from our services. While a member of the organization, or a visitor of the services on this web site or any other services provided by the Force Elite Soldiers, each person using the site has agreed to be bound by all organization rules and guidelines such as the Code of Conduct, Terms of Usage, Legal Policies and other policies that the Force Elite Soldiers decides to modify or add in the future while the user is still using this web site and its services. Each member consents to us collecting information such as private message that the receiver would like to report in (there is no logging of private messages unless one of the parties involved agrees to this), as well as general chat logs, message board post logs, game server chat logs and other logs of usage on our services. Any information we gather is only used for investigation under moderate to severe Security concerns only.
As all most of our services require member accessible accounts, the member agrees by using his account that his usage will be tracked and monitored. This is used only for activity checks, such as times members post on message boards, using chat services and game servers as well as security concerns incase another member reports a problem with another member using these services. Communication using Force Elite Soldier services will be moderated and controlled, but the organization is not bound to monitor situations.
Note that all registration information is submitted to us on a voluntary basis. Our membership application process is a visitor volunteer system, and the prospect member is encouraged to think hard about their dedication to an organization that would enjoy an active member. Once you decided to become a member, this person may need to enter contact and detailed information of what the member would like to do in our organization. Once an application is approved for full membership, the active account then allows you to view member only events and competitions, specialized surveys and communication channels, and access to private message boards and member only features. We will use your member information to contact you; some of it will display on our roster system and be used for activity and communication checks. IF YOU ARE UNDER 13, YOU WILL NEED YOUR PARENT'S OR GUARDIAN'S CONSENT BEFORE YOU CAN APPLY.
We may collect and store personal information that you voluntarily submit to us via emai. As an example, you may email another member for help and guidance in joining our organization, or training to become a better member. This member will then use that information to contact you, and then check with other members about the specific information you may want to know. In certain cases hard copies or data from certain e-mail responses or tracking information may be kept on file for security purposes. Any such copy or data will also be stored in a secure location, and information from these messages will not be used outside of the organization.
Some special events may require special information that is normally not covered in your membership account or to the common visitor. This information is secured and used only for the specific event and events like it that can follow. Depending on the event, this may have a physical award such as a free game or computer hardware. It will also require contact with other members and administration. IF YOU ARE UNDER 13, YOU WILL NEED YOUR PARENT'S OR GUARDIAN'S CONSENT BEFORE YOU CAN PARTICIPATE IN ANY EVENT. IF YOU ARE OVER 13 BUT UNDER 18 YOU WILL NEED YOUR PARENT'S OR GUARDIAN'S CONSENT TO COLLECT YOUR PRIZE OR RECEIVE YOUR BENEFIT.
We offer fully interactive emailed newsletters to our organization members. Some of these newsletters will contain promotional material for new events and activities as well as specialized member spotlights, helpful tips and notes from other members and may include a highlight or review on an incoming game or product. IF YOU ARE UNDER 13, YOU WILL NEED YOUR PARENT'S OR GUARDIAN'S CONSENT BEFORE YOU CONSENT TO USAGE OF AN ONLINE NEWSLETTER. Members can disable the automated newsletter if they wish to not receive it. We do not offer public newsletters. Note our other legal policy or terms of use if you have any questions.
Sometimes we office polls or surveys to see how people enjoys our services or have comments on incoming information or products. We also track what pages they visited, what division they enjoyed the most, how long a member or visitor stayed, favorite message boards and posts in those message boards, as well as favorite games they enjoy playing on our services. Other than as explained in this policy, we may disclose personal information in the good faith belief that we are required to do so by law, or that doing so is reasonably necessary to comply with legal processes; respond to any claims; or, to protect the rights, property, or personal safety of our organization, our administration, our members, or the public. As well, information may be shared with allied organizations, future merges and new officers who may deal with information processing.
Some members enjoy building personalized web sites or special web sites for the organization and its divisions. You will need to be a member to properly upload, operate and gain a link to such a site from our organization services. As like any activity, YOU MUST BE OVER 13 TO PARTICIPATE IN THIS ACTIVITY UNLESS YOU HAVE PERMISSION.
Our web services use many high tech methods of communication, some are unique, and others are more common, such as the “cookie”. A "cookies" is software designed to collect non-personally identifiable information. Cookies are pieces of information that we may place on your computer to help "personalize" your visit to the Web site and to allow you to enter our Web site without having to remember and enter any special passwords. An example will be once you login to the site as a member, you will not have to login to the site the next time you view the web page. This is very handy to visitors of the web site and does not hold any security related information.
An IP address is a number automatically assigned to your computer by your Internet provider whenever you are surfing the World Wide Web. The server that provides the web pages automatically identify your computer by its IP address. When you request a page from our Web site, our servers log your IP address, the time you used the web site, and if you are a visitor or a member. An IP address does not contain personally identifiable information. We generally do not link IP addresses with personally identifiable information with the exception of security to administer our web servers, and to help with problems and tracking of member accounts. In addition, we may also collect information about your browser software and/or machine type (e.g., Windows, Mac, UNIX, etc.) as well as network address (like an IP address but more accurate), and other hardware statistics for gaming services. Information we collect is secure, and we will try our best to make sure it is not passed outside our network. Each officer entrusted with handling information is taking responsibility to keep information confidential and secure.
We do have a great deal of outside directed links. We try to link only appropriate material through links, and monitor message board links as well. We do not however control any of the links that are posted or set on the web site and what content they may add or change over time. It is the visitors discretion to view these links and as they are not apart of our organization, our policies do not apply to them and we can not guarantee your security or privacy on their services.
We have, and will continue to have, the right to change any policy at our discretion. If we decide certain parts of our policy does not meet modern views, or we feel that other information is outdated or inaccurate, we will make changes to the policy and note it on our message boards or news system of the change. Any major changes to policy is at the discretion of the Force Elite Soldiers’ members and how they view and change with the times.
As a member of the Force Elite Soldiers, you are given special options on our web site to change and modify information that you previously posted. You are fully welcome to change, view and delete any information you have given us at any time, and if you would like any other records modified or deleted, contact the administration as soon as possible.
The terms of this Privacy Policy apply to all information submitted on this network and especially members of the Force Elite Soldiers. By viewing the web site you agree to all the terms mentioned here and any other policies that the Force Elite Soldiers contains. The terms of this policy covers only the Force Elite Soldiers, its division sites, affiliated web sites and sites submitted with a Force Elite Soldier’s copyright and permission. It does not include web sites that we link to or sponsor based web sites.
We hope this information better help your understanding of our commitment to security and privacy of information in our organization and its web services. If you have any questions, concerns or comments about any of our policies, please contact the administration as soon as possible.
