[Matok] Ok welcome everyone to another
quick, last minute meeting that we rushed together again :-D
[Matok] Senate wise, theres a report
that we'd like all senior officers of all divisions to work on,
[Matok] so PM, Kahn, Briors, Ash,
and a few others officers, enjoy that 'Emperor's Report' project
[Matok] There should be a email
sent out tonight with more information
[Matok] As well, site wise..
[Matok] The boards have been upgraded
slightly
[Matok] Some new graphics here and
there, a new login screen and some bug fixes.
[Matok] That includes the quote
system, search system and general moderation systems.
[Matok] Next on the list is the
server time clock which is 12 or so hours off :P
[Matok] So everything you do seems
like its in the future, so that 'little bug' will get fixed soon.
[Matok] Now, lets get into reports
then
[Matok] And we'll get the Navy go
to first :-P

[Tehmok] Ok then, last bigs of
Administrative works have been completed this week
[Tehmok] and were almost all ready
for our new ones arrivals next week. Prepare for hell :-P
[Tehmok] Besides this 'little member
increase' in the works, the navy has had a good week.
[Tehmok] Out of the 78 competitions
this week, 60 were completed sucessfully,
[Tehmok] the other events will be
added into this week's events including the ones that spill over for a month or
so.
[Tehmok] I've also thought if an
engenous plan last night and got our XO's approval on..
[Tehmok] Its amazing what things
you can think of when you get over 4320 emails in your inbox from one week.
[Tehmok] So, Im going to put out
a call for two assistants soon :P
[Tehmok] Tactical work is getting
just way over what we expected :-P
[Tehmok] Wing IV's roster should
be completed on Monday, with the others during the week.
[Tehmok] Then, when the new comers
arrive,
[Tehmok] we'll have another fun
month of adding people into the system and creating places to put them
[Tehmok] So, until that is done,
the recruitment freeze HOLDS
[Tehmok] I hate having to delete
recruits, but I will :-P
[Tehmok] Now the rest of the news
should be in this weeks online report, since Rage fixed that little bug with the
counters :P

[Briors] Ok.. lets see what I can
slam together!
[Briors] With a good amount of people
in college/university now,
[Briors] most of our gaming events
have slowed down, but there still there ;-)
[Briors] There has been 5 events
that I am aware of, 3 from Armageddon and 2 from Vengeance.
[Briors] Hopefully Tran can forward
that information out since he wasn't able to today :-P
[Briors] Tran is also working on
a Renegade training event for those who still have the game,
[Briors] and thats on pending approval
from his company commander, Peacemaker.
[Briors] So if PM approves, Tran
can stop bugging me :D

worked on, and my little helper over there is going to be lashed and beaten :D

[Inept] Not much to report on the
DJ front this week, as most everyone is buried up to their necks with school or
other things.
[Inept] But we are in the middle
of our biggest and most exhaustive intra-division competition, which is going
well.
[Inept] I'd like to thank everyone
who is participating, or going to participate.
[Inept] We're currently trying
to nail down some new ranks and titles, so stay tuned for the next few weeks until
we get them finalized.
[Inept] Umm..lessee..a quick congratulations
to Majjuin Cloud, who is the new Training Temple training officer,
[Inept] so those of you who are
new, or just want to brush up on your skills, he's the man to see.
[Inept] We are looking to close
recruiting, to give Bean and Majj time to get the training down
[Inept] and so they won't get overloaded
with newbies.
[Inept] On the server front..I've
been kind of disappointed with the turnout, but with school and whatnot,
[Inept] I guess that can be expected.
[Inept] And maps! Lotsa map work
being done..
[Inept] so, if you have any suggestions,
get ahold of Warrior and a few others,
[Inept] as they are busy plugging
away so we can have sweet ass maps to play for JO and JA.
[Inept] Shoot..I forgot what I
was going to say next.
[Inept] Umm..so I guess that's about
it from my end.

[Kirov] As stated at our last meeting,
the Special Operations Unit Academy website is slated to "go live" this
Monday.
[Kirov] So far, its development
has continued perfectly on schedule:
[Kirov] the Academy website "shell"
has been created and all that remains is for the course/test content to be added.
[Kirov] Half of such content has
already been received; the other half should be in my inbox before midnight.

[Kirov] After a lengthy discussion
and list comparisons on AIM yesterday,
[Kirov] the Unit Directorate selected
half a dozen candidates from primary FES divisions
[Kirov] who have particular traits
which would be beneficial to our collective.
[Kirov] These candidates will be
privately approached and proffered entrance;
[Kirov] whether or not they shall
be officially identified as our agents, however, remains to be seen.
[Kirov] In other news, we now have
gifted PHP coders who have taken over coding responsibilities for the Special
Operations Unit website.
[Kirov] This has accelerated our
website development twofold and allowed for increased security.
[Kirov] In case you are wondering
why such coders are needed,
[Kirov] the nature of our work centers
on secure information brokering, much like an online bank;
[Kirov] thus, our website is a tad
different and more complex than your average subgroup.
[Kirov] Last but not least, the
Special Operations Unit extends our best wishes to our trade cousins at Emperor's
Hammer Intelligence
[Kirov] and sincerely hopes their
website will be operational again by Christmas.
